A people-first content system for building topical depth, internal links and useful organic-search landing pages.
Choose a topic your business can credibly own
Start with subjects connected to your actual experience, products or customers. Create a hub page that explains the subject and supporting pages that answer narrower questions.
Map questions to search intent
A person comparing tools needs different information from a person learning the basics. Give each page a clear purpose instead of forcing every keyword into one article.
Write the best answer you can support
Useful content makes the reader more capable after reading it. Explain tradeoffs, decision points, mistakes and next steps. Add original examples or experience when you have them, and do not invent experience you do not have.
Connect related pages
Internal links should help a reader take the next logical step. Link a beginner guide to the deeper tool guide, and link the tool guide back to the broader hub.
Keep URLs and headings understandable
Use descriptive page names and headings that tell humans what they will find. Avoid creating multiple near-duplicate pages that answer essentially the same question.
Refresh winners instead of chasing volume
If a page begins earning impressions or engagement, improve it as the subject changes. A maintained library of strong resources is more useful than an endless pile of thin articles.
